Bosh.cosmetic is an online store offering beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products, including products under the Ameon brand and other brands available through our store. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

* All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization.
* We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

3. Pricing

* All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).

4. Payment

We accept secure online payments through Tap Payments using supported debit and credit cards. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

* Orders are processed during business days.
* Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier.
* Delays caused by shipping companies, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Bosh.cosmetic.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products, including Ameon products, cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

* The wrong item was delivered.
* The item arrived damaged or defective.
* The item was missing from the order.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the time frame required by the payment provider and the issuing bank.

7. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, packaging, colors, product appearance, or formulations may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bosh.cosmetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any products sold through our store, including Ameon products.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, graphics, and text, is the property of Bosh.cosmetic or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
